Colombian Tavern Pizza Night

On Tuesday, October 20th and Wednesday, October 28th we will be hosting a special popup collaboration between Next Level Pizza x Elements Pizzeria and offering three Colombian-inspired tavern style pizzas

This style of pizza is thin, crispy, and cut into bite-sized squares, while the toppings for the pop-up will draw from the traditional and nostalgic flavors of Colombia.

Pizzas will primarily be offered via pre-order (a few limited walk-ins will be available each night). Stay tuned for the first night’s pre-orders (mid-week of the week of October 11th).

CHORIZO CALLEJERO
Chorizo, Pineapple Tidbits, and Tomato Sauce, finished with Pickled Onion, Pink Sauce, and Potato Chips. Inspired by the street food and hot dogs of Colombia.

AJIACO SIN POLLO
White garlic cream base, corn, and fingerling potatoes, and finished with crema blanca, capers, and guasca (a traditional earthy Colombian herb with notes of parsley and bay leaf). Inspired by the traditional Colombian soup that normally includes chicken, this white pie will be the vegetarian option for the popup.

CHICHARRÓN CON BOCADILLO
Tavern style pizza with guava paste and Colombian fresh cheese, finished with chicharrón, grated queso costeño, cilantro, and a lime & guava vinaigrette. This combo is a popular natural energy snack among Colombian cyclists and long-distance athletes. Note: stay tuned next week for a special update on this pie
