Jackson Heights “new to the neighborhood” meetup

New to Jackson Heights? Thinking about moving here? Or a longtime local who loves welcoming others? Come meet some neighbors, swap tips, and ask all the questions you’ve been wondering about. Super chill, super friendly. A few special guests doing great work in the community will be joining us to say a few words too. At past meetups, we’ve had folks from across the neighborhood pop in to share what they’re working on – from local bookstores and Open Streets, to community organizing, small business groups, and arts collectives. RSVP is $5 (proceeds go to the hosts) We’re especially excited to welcome people who are new (or new-ish!) to the neighborhood – but longtime Jackson Heights folks are very much part of what makes this special too. After the event, we usually head down the road for dinner or drinks – feel free to join!
