Jackson Heights Science Fiction Book Club

Join us for the second meeting of the new Jackson Heights Science Fiction Book Club. This month’s book is Ubik by Phillip K. Dick (1969). It features psychic corporate espionage, cryonic hibernation, and mysterious alterations to reality which can only be reversed using a substance called Ubik.
A limited number of copies are available at the library to check out. Sci-fi enthusiasts and newcomers to the genre are welcome. (Please note that these books, and our discussions, may not be suitable for younger or more sensitive readers.) The book club does not require registration.
