Our Paella de Mariscos is a signature of coastal Spain.
Meticulously made to order with the precision that defines Spanish culinary artistry. Succulent shrimp, tender calamari, mussels, and vegetables are gently simmered in saffron infused rice, enriched with piquillo peppers, and a whisper of Fino sherry. Each grain absorbs centuries of tradition.
This is paella as it was meant to be experienced. Allow 20-30 minutes. It will be worth every second.
