Summer at the Library: Reef Builders
July 17 @ 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Free

This program combines art, engineering, and environmental thinking to introduce students to real-world systems. Each workshop invites participants to build functional or sculptural objects while learning how materials and forces interact. Students will learn how reef structures function as protective systems for coastlines and marine ecosystems while gaining hands-on experience working with concrete as a building material.
