Plaster & Paint: Texture Explorers (Ages 5–14)
Two sessions: 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM
Young artists discover how texture and color work together to make art that looks and feels alive. In this hands-on class, kids learn plaster techniques to create raised patterns to paint over and around their textures to create depth and playful effects. Mix safe, non-toxic plaster, experiment with tools and found objects, layer paint, and create a textured panel to take home.
