About Xiomara Torres:
Xiomara is an upcoming singer that reflects the joy, passion, and dedication to music that her hometown Guapi, Colombia is known for. A recent resident of the New York area, Xiomara has recorded and performed with some of the most recognized groups of the folkloric “Música del Pacífico” including Canalon de Timbiqui and Grupo Bahía. Xiomara stands out from most singers of Colombia’s folkloric music; she sings not only traditional but contemporary styles including Salsa, Bolero, and Cumbia and Vallenato. She showcases her versatility with her debut recording project: Xiomara Torres, La Voz Del Mar.
