Yoga Class

Join us for a moving meditation to improve physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga is a gentle practice to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. This practice will focus on breath control and balance to encourage a mentally clear and emotionally calm state.
This class is open to all ages and abilities.
As with any activity, please consult your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
Please bring your own mat and towel.
This event is free and open to the public.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of class.
