DESCRIPTION:By February 28\, 2026\, any business in the Queens Northeast Commercial Waste Zone (east of Flushing Meadows Corona Park and north of Hillside Avenue) that has their waste collected by a private carter must enter into a new agreement with a New York City-approved carter; anybody that does not enter into a new agreement will be assigned a carter by the NYC Department of Sanitation.
