AANHPI Month: Bhangra Dance

Join us to learn Bhangra, the joyful folk dance from the Punjab region of India and Pakistan. Originally performed in the fields to celebrate a successful harvest, Bhangra is known for its vibrant energy and expressive movements.

Participants will explore signature elements such as strong shoulder rhythms, lively hops, leaps, and expansive arm movements, all set to the infectious beats of the dhol drum.

This fun, interactive program is perfect for the whole family—come ready to move and celebrate. Balle balle!
