Queens small business and commercial property owners: have questions about permits for your property in a historic district?
Join the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) and NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) for an information session on obtaining LPC permits, Portico (LPC’s online permit application portal), and LPC’s Business Express Service for small businesses in landmark buildings. LPC staff will be available to answer questions about projects you’re considering and help you understand the permitting process.
